Since Noah has started kindergarten we've had to get a little creative in ways
that we can reward him for his good behavior at school.  So we have started a family night
at home where we eat a special dinner (Noah gets to pick the meal) and we watch
a movie together (again, Noah gets to pick the movie, too).

Noah really seems to be enjoying this special treat and it's helping him
focus more at school all the while giving him a goal to work toward.  ;-)

He had a good week last week, so on Friday night he chose
chocolate chip pancakes and bacon....
and then we watched A Turtle's Tale...

...such a fun evening and lots of laughter.

We also discovered that baby boy LOVES pancakes.  Especially the ones that
Noah soaks in pancake syrup for him.

I look forward to more fun Friday nights like this together as a family...
and we're keeping our fingers crossed that this fun family activity will continue to
motivate our little guy to want to make good choices at school and be a good listener. ;-)

jennifer
