Our weekend {recap}.

This weekend we....

got another hail storm...ugh....but thankfully not much damage....
flew a kite at the park...
played in the water "sprinkles"...
ate Mexican food...
went to a friend's son's high-school graduation celebration...
ate snow cones...
babysat the cutest little 1-year old little girl {Norita} who Noah loved entertaining...
fed the missionaries in our ward...
grilled some yummy steak, with sautéed mushrooms and onions...
made homemade cotton-candy flavored cupcakes...
went shopping at Old Navy...Noah got a new swimsuit and Momma got a new blouse...
read some great books...
played legos...
dressed up as pirates, sharks, dragons and puppy dogs...
went to church...
cuddled with our feline daughter, Lola...
watched Daddy and Noah tickle and wrestle each other in the den---hearing Noah belly laugh was the best...

...and that's about it in a nutshell.  It was really nice because it was one of those weekends where we didn't have to be out of town or we weren't already committed to be somewhere.  I so enjoy weekends like this.  They are so good for the soul....

  2. Cotton Candy cupcakes...yummy and they are so pretty! Easy to make?
We love flying kites but have not got our kites out yet this spring. I think we will need to do that this weekend.
