Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 c. sugar
2 8oz. pkgs. of cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 small rolls of refrigerated cookie dough (or homemade if you'd like)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray (or grease) 9x13 cake pan
3. Crumble one package of cookie dough to lay on bottom of pan. Don't worry if the the dough doesn't touch--it expands as it bakes
4. Mix the cream cheese with sugar
5. Add eggs and vanilla until well blended
6. Pour over the layer of cookie dough
7. Top with the other package of cookie dough
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until brown or it doesn't jiggle

{Optional}:
As if you didn't already need the extra calories, you can also add a vanilla or chocolate topping....my favorite is Duncan Hines vanilla glaze.

You can either serve this dessert warm or put it in the fridge for an hour to allow it to set and then serve chilled.
